Quebec City

This is perhaps the most charming and European-like town in North America, with a strong French influence visible all around. I visited here in the summer of 2008 when the province of Quebec was celebrating its 400th anniversary.

Here you’ll see photos of the quaint, gated old city as well as numerous artfully decorated bridges and buildings — which I managed to capture in only hours of passing through the area. It’s well worth a longer visit here and I do plan to come back again in the future.
