Montreal is the capital city of Canada’s French-speaking province of Quebec, and as such it mixed North American modernity with European artistry. The area is comprised of a group of islands amidst a network of rivers, providing it with a lot of waterways and seaside charm.
I visited here way back in 2008 and more recently 2021, explored the lively streets of downtown with lots of cultural activities and very impressive architecture. Also explore the historic old town and some areas outside of the main city.
