Laying at the foothills of the majestic Himalaya mountain range, this city is a very popular for tourists who love hiking and climbing.
I had a short visit here in late summer 2023, mainly experienced the city itself not yet the mountains – though I admired their beauty from the aerial views you’ll see below. Beside the trekking business the city also has its own spiritual culture and simple shopping lifestyle.
